An experienced operator usually has no way to prove what they can do beyond a CV that says so. The Skills Passport is being designed as a verified record of demonstrated operational capability that travels with the person between roles. It is a platform in development, not a service you can sign up to today, and nothing here is an offer or assurance of work. We will publish how it works — and what verification actually means — before it opens.
